It can be hard to feel like you’re never measuring up to expectations, and so it can feel so freeing to no longer care about what anyone else thinks. All that matters is what you think. And as you begin to think you agree with me that being dumb is so good, you realize you love that I am turning you into such a dumb jock right now. You didn’t even realize how much you craved letting go and being simple, and yet you simply let go because it feels so good!
