“Yeah, Coach! I did your hypnosis workouts twice a day, before workouts and before bed!”
“Sure, Coach, I’ve been learning all about rugby.”
Oh I’m sure you do, jock. And SIMPLE RUGBY JOCKs like you rarely remember anything else except how to be a good rugby jock for Coach, and that’s perfectly okay… because being mentally prepared for the season means not being distracted by any other worries or concerns.
Welcome to the team. I wanted to give you some ideas of what you can expect when you join us. First things first is that you can simply RELAX knowing that we want you to feel comfortable and will ensure that you do feel comfortable with Coach and with your teammates.
“Strange… I’m suddenly feeling so relaxed.”
Being part of a new team can stir up lots of exciting feelings, and it is perfectly natural to find yourself excited at the thought of bonding with your teammates and your Coach. But just in case you are at all anxious, let’s work on helping you to let go of all those insecurities right now. We’ll simply begin stripping away all those inhibitions as you continue to become more and more comfortable being on the team now.
Me too, jock. Now I can give myself a Valentine.
“What do you mean, Coach?”

“Totally. And if you want to truly bulk up, it’s all about getting that testosterone flowing through you. You just feel Coach’s words inside you as you work with your gym buds on getting that pump before you hit the weights. Come on over, Johnson, and help us show them.”
