
The big bodybuilder thought he didn’t need hypnosis. He already had made incredible progress on his own. I couldn’t deny him this, and yet – how long before he burnt out? Was he even really enjoying the workouts anymore? I began to talk to him about the desires he had deep down that led to bodybuilding in the first place.
