That’s it jock. Just becoming more and more focused with every rep. It just feels so good to become that muscled jockslave. Simply needing to workout for Coach. More submissive with every curl. Simply needing to obey Coach. Growing stronger for Me with every curl. The bigger you get, the more obedient you become. The more obedient you become, the bigger you want to get. Feeling that programming we did at the end of the last workout, kicking in now. That stroke training has been planted deep in that submissive mind, and every rep is helping those suggestions to now become permanent. More and more mindless. More and more muscled. More and more obedient. Just an obedient muscle toy for Coach.


Before we continue with the workout, go ahead and strip off that shirt. That’s right. Just stripping away, just as you have stripped away all resistance with every session. With every stroke, your inhibitions further disappeared. With every stroke, your will power had faded more and more. With every stroke, you were left transforming further into that obedient muscle toy. You rest when needed, but it also feels so good when you do get to lift for Me. It feels so incredible to push for that one more that you know will make Coach happy.  

Now go ahead and get those weights on the rack that will help you to push those pecs to grow even more for Me. When you’re ready, position yourself on the bench and feel yourself continuing to focus on your growth. Growing stronger. Growing bigger. Growing more obedient.

Flashback Friday: As Memories Wash Away

That shower is just so relaxing, and it feels so good to relax after a hard workout just like that. You have enjoyed building that muscle for Coach, and that water hitting that hard body just feels so good. It helps to loosen up all tensions in those muscles as it becomes so easy to feel all stress washing away. It helps to loosen up all the worries and insecurities in your mind, as all doubts begin to wash away. And it helps to loosen up all those remaining inhibitions as all resistance to being reprogrammed washes away now. Last, but not least, i helps those memories inside of you to loosen up as we begin to wash those away too. Soon we’ll finish stripping away your clothes as we also finish stripping away your past. Just let all those old memories wash away. It is simply so easy to just let go of your old life. Let go to the pleasure as you are reprogrammed.

As you lather up with my special shampoo and soap mix, you can inhale that aroma. Just breathe it in as your mind becomes more and more blank. This special concoction helps to brainwash you further and further. And in this relaxed state, it’s so easy to just let any remaining old memories rinse off as you scrub clean. That’s it, soldier. Allow your memories to just swirl down the drain as you open your mind up to my reprogramming.More and more ready to be written by Coach’s hypnosis as you find yourself learning about who you are now. About how you feel so good to obey. About how you love to work out and build muscle. About how you love to show off that muscle. About how you love to recruit others into services.  You are now a soldier in my muscle army. Working out for Coach. Eating right for Coach. Showing off for Coach. Growing Coach’s muscle army.

Jerry was a bit worried for his job. His bosses had tied in his performance with how well he was able to train their newest hire, but the information just wasn’t clicking with Leland. Even if Jerry could have thrown Leland under the bus, he didn’t want to… despite being frustrated his protege wasn’t “getting it,” he genuinely liked the guy. Desperate for solutions, he found a program for ‘Following Orders’ online. ‘Maybe that will help,’ he thought. ‘He just needs to stop second-guessing himself and do what I’m telling him, and he’ll be a pro in no time.’  He didn’t really think through any possible other consequences besides improved performance.

And yet, as he began playing the program on his desktop, it was having a definite affect on his associate. Leland was building with a desire to obey, yet it seemed the programming had less to do with work performance and more about pleasing one’s Superior. With his own mentor right there, Leland’s lust built for Jerry, and he was soon making his newfound desires known.

Jerry was surprised but relished in the attention. Surely to be that quickly affected, it must be what the muscle jock had wanted deep down?  And it’s difficult to say if Leland had been crossing on his trainer before – he was more than crushing on him now. Soon he had stripped off their clothes and began worshiping Jerry’s cock.

Flashback Friday: Serve Your Superior

Emiliano had always been pulling pranks on his buddy Remy during their years studying in the ROTC program together. It often resulted in the two of them getting in trouble, and Remy worried it might undermine his hopes of a military career that would lead to an early retirement. The program already had Coach’s services on hand to help motivate the boys for fitness, but Remy sought to see if I could help in other ways. Soon after, I began some one on one training with Emiliano, who would be instructed to view Remy as his Superior. Soldiers are already programmed to obey orders, so it was quite easy.
As the military stud inspected the specimen before him, he asked:  “Are you ready to serve the men who serve your country?” “Sir, yes Sir!” Emiliano replied without hesitation.

It was not uncommon for gay jokes to abound in a military environment, and Emiliano had been one of the top offenders. He had been unaware that his favorite prank buddy was himself gay, as Remy had so far kept closeted as he prepared to serve. Now, knowing his fellow army jock had been programmed to obey, Remy couldn’t resist the urge to test just how much Emiliano would obey.
