Flashback Friday: Gym Janitor
The first Fridays of the month (and sometimes others) feature a flashback story – this one was originally posted at the Bronze/$5 level in 2021 and has now been made available to all. Enjoy, and for those where it’s a holiday weekend, stay safe and enjoy
Dale was a janitor at the local gym, which sometimes gave him the chance to enjoy watching men as they built their muscles. He had especially been impressed with Rodrigo. While the hairy hunk wasn’t the biggest guy at the gym, he had undergone the biggest transformation during Dale’s time there and Dale really admired that.
One time as he was wiping down benches, he managed to work up the courage to ask about how Rodigo had become motivated to change his life, and Rodrigo mentioned how hypnosis had given him a huge boost in confidence and discipline. This gave Dale an idea, and he had just the right access to pull it off – he was going to start playing subliminal messages for Rodrigo as he worked out. It didn’t take long before Dale noticed Rodrigo was looking his way more often, and Dale hoped that was indeed true as he set things in motion.
Had he been of his normal mind, Rodrigo might have noticed that no one else was in the gym today. Of course, he had been subconsciously instructed to ignore signs about a water main break – an excuse the janitor had made up to close the place down until it could be “fixed.” Of course, there was no such issue, but seeing Rodrigo come in as if everything was normal signaled to Dale that the hypnosis was working.
He let Rodrigo work up a sweat first – all the better anyway – before approaching the jacked stud. Rodrigo opened up the janitor’s blue uniform and began to massage his pecs. “I don’t know why it is, but I can’t stop thinking about you. Especially when here.”

From Exec to Meathead
You’ve been working out hard for Me, and it’s time to finally shed your old life goodbye. Deep down you know that wearing that tie has felt so constricting, and you have tired of the deadlines and stress. Go ahead, loosen that tie as you loosen your resistance. It’s just so simple when you allow yourself to become so very simple, so just keep stripping away all anxieties and any doubts as you continue to strip further down for Coach.

With every item you remove, it feels as if you are removing those burdens away from you. The burdens that came with that job, and the burdens that come from having to think too much. Just strip away all unneeded thoughts and all unneeded intelligence as you realize how good it is to just simply be that simple man of muscle.Â
Your programming has been transforming you into more and more of a meathead, and your physique is at the point where the meathead should now be taking over completely. So simply focused on muscle, and having the muscle that allows you to make a living even when so simple. Remove the last of your resistance as you remove the last of your clothing, and let that inner meathead take control.

Flashback Friday: Alpha Jock’s Reward

My latest Alpha jock had been making Coach damn proud with how responsive he was. A quick trigger phrase, and he instantly tranced for more programming – getting to the point where he would respond anywhere, even on a public beach.Even more satisfying than that was seeing the results of his physical transformation, as My hypnosis had helped push him in the gym. I loved watching him flex those growing muscles.

He had recently been rewarded with his own devoted and submissive beta jock. The beta’s body had also been coming along nicely, working out to please both his Alpha and his Coach. And aside from some individual training sessions with the each of them, the pair had virtually become inseparable.
Beta’s worship fed into Alpha’s programmed transformation into a muscle god of a jock, and Alpha’s love of being worshiped fed into Beta’s desire to belong to a muscled man. Of course, both remained submissive to Coach, even as I enjoyed helping their dynamic with each other grow during our sessions.
