Obedient MuscleToy

That’s it jock. Just becoming more and more focused with every rep. It just feels so good to become that muscled jockslave. Simply needing to workout for Coach. More submissive with every curl. Simply needing to obey Coach. Growing stronger for Me with every curl. The bigger you get, the more obedient you become. The more obedient you become, the bigger you want to get. Just more and more of a muscletoy for Coach.

Feeling that programming we did at the end of the last workout, kicking in now. That stroke training has been planted deep in that submissive mind, and every rep is helping those suggestions to now become permanent. More and more mindless. More and more muscled. More and more obedient. Just an obedient muscle toy for Coach.


Before we continue with the workout, go ahead and strip off that shirt. That’s right. Just stripping away, just as you have stripped away all resistance with every session. With every stroke, your inhibitions further disappeared. With every stroke, your will power had faded more and more. With every stroke, you were left transforming further into that obedient muscle toy. You rest when needed, but it also feels so good when you do get to lift for Me. It feels so incredible to push for that one more that you know will make Coach happy.  

Now go ahead and get those weights on the rack that will help you to push those pecs to grow even more for Me. When you’re ready, position yourself on the bench and feel yourself continuing to focus on your growth. Growing stronger. Growing bigger. Growing more obedient.

“Rest” Day

My jocks and fitdimwits are made to be obsessed with working out, especially at the gym when that is an option.

Of course, even the biggest meatheads know that muscles need to rest between intense sessions. Yet “letting muscles rest” doesn’t  necessarily mean a day off where all you do is rest. The muscleheads might rest one muscle group while working another, while the jocks might still do cardio on a day off from lifting. A rest day is merely a term for a day off of lifting, but the best jocks still do something.

Some days might focus on a specific area of improvement- like stretching and flexibility.That was the case with the jocks today.


Exercises can include things like squats or dips while getting rimmed, and back stretches while bending down for cock. These moves help to make the jocks better both when it comes to sex and when it comes to sports, as they find themselves able to move both the ball and towards each other’s balls better than ever before.

One of My favorite exercise for them was to have them stretch their thighs with a knees-to-chest exercise that also incorporated their balance, having to keep their feet up on their partner’s cock as the movement stroked their gym buddy.
