Reflect Then Let Go

And if overthinking has continued to remain a problem, I think it’s time we helped you to stop thinking much at all. There’s a reason I had you going for your training certificate, because the one thing you will still think about a lot is bodybuilding – for yourselves, and helping others with their physiques in your new career. The old career is also something you can begin to let go of as you realize you are so much happier when you focus on muscle. You want to focus on muscle more, but to make more room for muscle, we need to begin to empty that mind of other things that simply are not as important to you anymore.

And since you don’t need to think about anything but bodybuilding for your career, and since you don’t need to care about what anyone else thinks of your changes, you can just begin to let go now. Let go of all those unneeded worries that have been holding you back. Let go of any unnecessary intelligence that tempts you into thinking. Let go of any resistance that is keeping you from becoming that muscled stud you have longed to be deep down. Let go to My voice and allow all those things to just drain down to your dick. Realize that your dick is what you should be thinking with. Thinking is hard… your dick is hard… so why not just think with your dick. Your dick gets hard. You want hard muscle. That hard dick lusts after hard muscle. Hard muscle for you. Hard muscle for your clients. No need to think about math, science or literature, unless it relates to fitness and nutrition. Lost and Found
