Of course, even the biggest meatheads know that muscles need to rest between intense sessions. Yet “letting muscles rest” doesn’t necessarily mean a day off where all you do is rest. The muscleheads might rest one muscle group while working another, while the jocks might still do cardio on a day off from lifting. A rest day is merely a term for a day off of lifting, but the best jocks still do something.
Some days might focus on a specific area of improvement- like stretching and flexibility.That was the case with the jocks today.
One of My favorite exercise for them was to have them stretch their thighs with a knees-to-chest exercise that also incorporated their balance, having to keep their feet up on their partner’s cock as the movement stroked their gym buddy.
The more the work out, the more obsessed with each other’s cocks they tend to become. Then, when it gets to the point that the jocks are just wanting to please each other so much that they forget some about the stretching, I reinforce that they still need to stretch but make it more exciting by saying it’s also time to stretch the hole.
