A Simple Refresher

“Oh hey Coach, what brings ya by the farm?”

It’s time to reinforce your training, Everett. 

“Whatchya mean trainin’ Coach? I ain’t been on one of your teams since college.”

Flashback Friday: As Memories Wash Away

First Friday of the Month features a flashback to a previous story, sometimes with improvements added. Original Here. 

That shower is just so relaxing, and it feels so good to relax after a hard workout just like that. You have enjoyed building that muscle for Coach, and that water hitting that hard body just feels so good. It helps to loosen up all tensions in those muscles as it becomes so easy to feel all stress washing away. It helps to loosen up all the worries and insecurities in your mind, as all doubts begin to wash away. And it helps to loosen up all those remaining inhibitions as all resistance to being reprogrammed washes away now. Last, but not least, i helps those memories inside of you to loosen up as we begin to wash those away too. Soon we’ll finish stripping away your clothes as we also finish stripping away your past. Just let all those old memories wash away. It is simply so easy to just let go of your old life. Let go to the pleasure as you are reprogrammed.

As you lather up with my special shampoo and soap mix, you can inhale that aroma. Just breathe it in as your mind becomes more and more blank. This special concoction helps to brainwash you further and further. And in this relaxed state, it’s so easy to just let any remaining old memories rinse off as you scrub clean. That’s it, soldier. Allow your memories to just swirl down the drain as you open your mind up to my reprogramming.More and more ready to be written by Coach’s hypnosis as you find yourself learning about who you are now. About how you feel so good to obey. About how you love to work out and build muscle. About how you love to show off that muscle. Curse or Gift?: A Halloween Tale

Usually the weekend before Halloween was filled with big parties,  but Aaron was sleeping. Such was the boring life in a city with rising virus numbers and having to isolate. All he could do was dream of catching up on all the fun next year. Yet, he wasn’t as alone as he thought……for in the shadows lurked a mysterious figure that was about to change his life.

Aaron always had above-average intelligence, which he used to put himself through law school. Resorting To A New Life

I had this all written before lunch minus the titles and tags, then got busy and forgot to come back to it. So technically not Friday anymore, apologies for that; at least it is being late on a free one and not a rewards one. 😛

A former soldier, Blaise had seen enough pain in the world that all he wanted to do was forget it all. He had turn to Me, and I helped his already buff-from-the-military physique grow even bigger as his mind seemingly grew smaller. He began to get more and more comfortable with the idea of showing off his body as I simply helped him let go to his inner himbo of a musclehead. A history of obeying orders helped the muscle jock drift easily into trance, but overcoming some of the inhibitions still took some work. It helped when I found ways to connect the plans I had for his future working at a resort, to his past service in the army. For example, while he had been reluctant about loving to show off his muscles, there was a big shift when I began programming that jockstraps and trunks were his uniforms now.

Thinking of the apparel as a uniform seemed to work well for the military jock. When he worked in the cabins, he was to wear a jockstrap at all times. Beyond appropriate footwear, that would be all he wore with a few exceptions – at times an apron if working in the kitchen, and sometimes a tie when we had a more formal conference taking place at the resort. Businessmen seemed to love the added touch of the tie and how it’s placement in the deep divide of his pecs seemed to accentuate his chest. Even better was how the tie seemed to point down right to his giant bulge.

Often, Blaise took a more outdoor role, wearing trunks as he greeted guests for guided tours in the surrounding nature.

Gonna Be a Top Jock

Flashback Friday: The 69 Hat

He didn’t even realize how dumb he’d been getting. Every session had strengthened it more, but it was only meant to be triggered when he wore that hat. Such a fitting hat for a dumb jock. He was supposed to take it off when he needed to focus, but he found himself craving that feeling of being simple. He loved wearing that hat, and he loved coming back to Me so that Coach could make those suggestions stronger and dumb him down even further. I could also tell he was getting to be more of a horny jock as he eagerly complied  with suggestions to strip down. Still, he hadn’t yet stated he wanted it to be permanent though, so I continued to suggest it be temporary.

“Rest” Day

My jocks and fitdimwits are made to be obsessed with working out, especially at the gym when that is an option.

Of course, even the biggest meatheads know that muscles need to rest between intense sessions. Yet “letting muscles rest” doesn’t  necessarily mean a day off where all you do is rest. The muscleheads might rest one muscle group while working another, while the jocks might still do cardio on a day off from lifting. A rest day is merely a term for a day off of lifting, but the best jocks still do something.

Some days might focus on a specific area of improvement- like stretching and flexibility.That was the case with the jocks today.


Exercises can include things like squats or dips while getting rimmed, and back stretches while bending down for cock. These moves help to make the jocks better both when it comes to sex and when it comes to sports, as they find themselves able to move both the ball and towards each other’s balls better than ever before.

One of My favorite exercise for them was to have them stretch their thighs with a knees-to-chest exercise that also incorporated their balance, having to keep their feet up on their partner’s cock as the movement stroked their gym buddy.
