If there is a technical issue, please contact the Coach Josh and he may be able to send a fixed replacement or an alternative.  The no refund policy includes for the effectiveness of the files, though you may try any of my free sample files to make sure my hypnosis works for you before a purchase. Absolutely no refunds on tributes, donations, or gifts, so please only listen to files right for you and only give what you can afford.
