Superhero shows

Those into muscle transformation and things like that shouldn't overlook the cartoons such as on Disney XD - been catching up and some great episodes such as Hulked Out Heroes of Avengers and some eps of Spiderman with mind switches, once with Wolverine and once with the Hulk... awesome.

Arrow is one of the best shows on TV right now regardless of genre. Doesn't hurt that Stephen Amell is so damn sexy but it's really upped its ante in season two.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is also starting to find its groove in this second half of the season. If you dismissed it, it's worth catching back up on.

Going back to Arrow, looks like the Flash spin-off is happening which will have original TV Flash actor John Wesley Shipp in a recurring (so-far-undisclosed) role - looking forward to that.

Some other past superhero shows, mainly listing live action here though man I miss Young Justice:
The Incredible Hulk - uh obviously!
Smallville - great in seasons 2 to 4 or so, shame it didn't last
Adventures of Lois & Clark - always was a bit cheesy but was a family fave back in the day

And not tied in to any of the common heroes but of course there is NBC's Heroes which started strong, faded quick, and is getting a reboot in 2015.
