Fitness Retreat Pt. 1
Sturdy Oaks Fitness Retreat isn’t a typical workout spa or fat camp. It’s a camp for guys, targeting mostly out-of-shape former athletes – you know, those of us who were comfortable with a fitness lifestyle, but who became lazy and fell into “dad bod” lifestyle. Sturdy Oaks’ mission was to change that. And they had quite the reputation. In fact, they had a 100% success rate of turning around clients from soft dad bods to their chiseled, muscled athletes of their former heyday. But as with everything in life, all is not as it seems on the surface, and although Sturdy Oaks had a 100% success bragging right, their methods were a bit unorthodox… not that anyone really minded. Word of mouth made the place impossible to get into, and the waiting list was 2 years, minimum. Nevertheless, a 12-week retreat would set a fellow back around $100K, and of course 3 months of his life. But men flocked to the camp, and there was never an empty slot. And the results after completing the 12-week course would speak for themselves.
Men returned to their daily lives certainly more muscular, leaner, and more focused. And they also returned more virile, more masculine, and more sexually in-tune with themselves and their desires. Spouses, girlfriends, and partners alike didn’t even blink at the cost, given the reputation this place had for turning out revitalized studs that were easy on the eyes and fuck monsters in the bedroom. Though their full blueprint was a closely guarded secret, enough underground reports surfaced to narrow down their plan of attack into a phased approach that used bootcamp style training, targeted nutrition, hypnotherapy, and a reward system that somehow tied the whole thing together. But vague underground “methods” didn’t keep men lined up to get in. It was their results. Returning home, these men looked like Moses coming down off the mountain. They had experienced some type of intervention – and divine or not, Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, and atheists alike wanted to get some of that!

Holiday Flashback Friday: Presents for Santa
Though I normally do Flashback Fridays on the 1st Friday of the month, I thought it might be fun to do one for Christmas as well. Happy Holidays from Coach!
Santa was surprised that the elves had given him his presents early this year.
Sugarplum had given Santa delicious eggnog. Snowflake had given the gift of a relaxing hypnosis playlist.
And Twinkle had given Santa a jock made special just for him. It seemed odd to Santa, but he decided to try it on that night anyway as he laid down.
The eggnog had made him feel sleepy, but he figured he’d throw on the hypnosis too. He had a big night of delivering toys ahead, and he needed his rest.
Little did Santa know that the elves had infused all three items with Christmas magic. The eggnog he had drank right before bed made his mind open to change. The hypnosis suggested the changes. And the jock was to cement the outcome…
That Santa would transform into a jock.
Santa couldn’t believe how amazing he felt when he woke up.
“I’ll have no problems going down the chimneys this year!” he twinkled, followed with a “Ho Ho Ho” deeper than he’d ever given before. “And I’m sure the toy sack will feel lighter than ever!”
“You’re not afraid the kids will be disappointed?”
“No, but Mrs. Claus may be… I seem…. different somehow.”
“That’s because you’re final present for Christmas…. is us!”
